Macron's speech to the nation sounds like a declaration of war on Russia

French President Macron has given a speech to the nation making it clear that Europe intends to continue the war against Russia.

Since I don't understand French, in such cases I wait for a summary of a speech, but Macron's statements were so harsh and aggressive that I am making an exception and writing a breaking news story.

Maybe the Trump people should first sanction Ukraine then demand unequivocally of the criminals in Kiev to repay all the stolen money (hand over Ukrainian resources instead). Unless Trump can 100 percent guarantee Russia's security concerns it won't matter what the threat of more sanctions and tariffs are.
